Bio
Based in Modesto, California, Traevor Carlton (Carlton.) is a singer, songwriter, producer of electronic music rooted in pop, new wave, house and R&B influence. Growing up in the Bay Area, Carlton. learned to love house and electronic dance music at an early age. In his teens, he began producing electronic music rooted before debuting in 2012. His singles 'Fall (Air3s ft. Carlton.)' and 'Body (Air3s ft. Carlton.),' as well as his 'Before & After' album garnered significant attention for their upbeat production, emotional lyrics and powerhouse vocals. In 2017, Carlton. changed direction once more, and released his album, 'Photographs,' which explores ambient and R&B while still keeping its electronic roots. With his single the r&b and quiet storm single ‘dreamin. / what you won’t do for love…’ with Baltimore-based producer Chris Belair, he took the R&B sounds he was experimenting with, expanded further into them, and released a full length R&B album in 2020 called “… a little bit.”
